"Felt More Scared (22)" - Song lyrics (translator):

Sitting
in a restaurant
(My first-born
and a ... Black Beauty.)2x

In comes ‘the law’
two babylonians
to have a bite
something to quench their
coffee an’ donut appetite.

A’ felt more scared
than safe
‘cause I wasn’t born
‘white’
the passport picture
to security
caucasian
the complexion of that -- security.

In any - situation
I will be the first
to hear the -- ORDER
“FREEZE ... DON’T  MOVE
NIGGER - HANDS - ON  YOUR  HEAD
downtown ... a cell a-waits you - downtown ... ha, ha, ha
niggerman - downtown a cell a-waits you!”

‘Cause of whom
I am
they ASSUME … ASSUMED
only the WORST
to come FROM  ME.

A’ felt more scared
than safe
We were in a
a Chinese restaurant
downtown Chicago City
     Chicago City.

Aware de’Beauty
was aware
suh She gave ME
de’corner seat
with Mi back
‘gainst - a solid wall
so My eyes - covered
the two exits
securely
just in case
a bullet - comes
MY  WAY
with a tag
reading
“TO  ALL -- TO  AL~L  BLACKS
WHOM  IT  MAY  CONCERN”
just in case
a bullet comes
MY  WAY
with a tag
reading
“TO  AL~L~L~L  BLACKS
WHOM  IT  MAY  CONCERN”.

More scared
than safe
although they
the BEASTS of destruction
only needed
a bite
for I know
the uniforms they wear
don’t change
their mentality
‘CAUSE  -  OF  WHO  I  AM
they already assume ... assumed
what they wanted to
about - We
oh, they assumed
already
what they wanted to
about - We.

More scared
than safe
for I know
the first thought they have of -- We
while they had a bite
to eat
in cold
cold Chicago City
in cold
cold Chic~c~ca~ca~go Cit~ty.

For if you paint a BULLET
red - white or blue
or even Black
like - I
it’s still a bullet
WHICH  DESTROYS!
if you pa~a~i~int a BULLET
red - white or blue
or even Black
like - I
it’s still a bullet
WHICH  DESTROYS!
one “Nigger” - de’less
de’col~l~l~d - FACT
(dat covers
de’Mid West - Cities)2x
oh de’Mid West - Cities.

I felt more sca~a~ar~ed
than safe
‘cause I wasn’t born - ‘white’
the passport picture
to security
caucasian
the complexion
of that - security
(oh We were havin’
a bite to eat
in cold
cold Chica~go City
chin~ping ling~lang pie
Chi-town Windy City.)2x

---- the fear I have is not a coward’s fear.  It is a fear brought to light by the constitutional laws, which state that given probable cause, the police can and will take my life away at their discretion (which boils down to how the cops feel about a “nigger” at that moment).  This makes their very existence to be feared, with a go and ‘drop-dead’ gut feeling, learnt from seeing the evil deeds of their hands in Black Communities.  And to think that it is Black Blood that built this country and this is a so-called democratic free republic.
